  Worst service I have seen at a Starbucks. Six workers behind counter with only two working, cashier and person making coffee. Other four act like they are working. What a shame, cancer person having to wait in line for 8 to 15 minutes just to give their order.. This is not the only time I have been there, every week for two months watching this. Not to exclude the staff of City of Hope waiting in line also, trying to get back to work.. I will try the one in the hospital next door to see if it’s up to Starbucks standards..
